The Advanced Parkour classes are for only those who have put in the time, effort, and conditioning to pass off the Parkour Essentials and Parkour Intermediate classes. Only the most advanced and technical movements and skills are taught in this class. Students have learned how to properly train, stretch, condition, and overcome obstacles. The advanced class was designed to raise the bar and push the limit in the realm of parkour. Students in this class are often featured in video’s and receive special offers on competitions, traveling jams, special events, and more.

During the free class we go over the parkour basics and essentials. These movements include swings, landings, falls, jumping techniques, climbing techniques, vaults, spins, and flips. We also teach strength and flexibility training. All around fitness, balance, hand eye coordination, and air awareness can be achieved through attending parkour classes.
